We offer reliable courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your orders. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • National Shipping (India): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or courier delays. Frames Inn cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Shipping Charges

International Shipping

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery, the customer may be required to bear re-shipping charges. Frames Inn is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost During Transit

We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and may provide a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
