At Frames Inn, each canvas frame is made to order with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase — this Refund & Return Policy explains when returns or refunds are accepted, how to request them, and what to expect during the process.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the specific situations listed below. Please read carefully — because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

  • Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives broken, cracked, heavily dented, or otherwise damaged due to shipping. A clear unboxing video (showing package opening through the issue) is required as proof.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive a different artwork or frame than what was ordered. Provide photos and your order details for verification.
  • Manufacturing Defect: If there is a defect in printing or framing that affects the use or presentation of the product.

What Is Not Eligible

The following situations do not qualify for return or refund:

  • Minor Color/Texture Variations: Small differences in color, hue, or texture due to screen calibration or the printing process are normal and not a valid reason for return.
  • No Proof Provided: If you cannot provide a clear unboxing video or the requested photographic evidence, we cannot accept the return.
  • Used or Damaged by Customer: Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
  • Change of Mind: Because frames are custom-made, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please follow these steps:

  • Timeframe: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@framesinn.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the required proof (unboxing video or photos).
  • Verification: Our team will review the evidence and respond with instructions. Do not discard the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
  • Return Shipping: If a return is approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item. The product should be returned in its original packaging to avoid further damage.

Refund Processing

- Refunds are issued only after the returned product reaches our facility and passes inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (payments are handled by Razorpay). The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–7 working days).
- If a refund is approved for a purchase paid via coupon/credit, the refund will be issued according to the original payment composition.

Replacement Option

At our discretion, instead of a refund you may opt for a replacement product (reprint and reframe) if the same artwork and size are available. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost when the issue is validated.

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or manufacturing/printing defect), Frames Inn will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is not due to our error (for example, incorrect evidence or ineligible claim), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud or where adequate proof is not provided. Repeated fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
